En français, la mise en valeur de propriété est la dénomination officiellement retenue (2007).
Le terme valorisation résidentielle peut également être utilisé à titre de synonyme.
Quand aux personnes qui exercent la profession, les francophones utilisent présentement les titres
« Spécialiste en home staging » et « Professionnel en home staging ».
Selon toute probabilité, le terme « Spécialiste en valorisation résidentielle » sera utilisé dans la langue française.

As for the people involved in the industry, they are currently referred to as "home staging specialists" and "home staging professionnals".
